48 Removal of names of deceased persons and defunct corporations
(1)
The registrar, on receiving sufficient evidence in relation to the death of a registered person, is to remove the person’s name from the register.
(2)
The registrar, on receiving sufficient evidence that a licensed corporation no longer exists, is to remove the corporation’s name from the register.
