78 Repeal of Architects Act 1921, savings and transitional provisions
(1)
The Architects Act 1921 is repealed.
(2)
The Architects’ Board of Western Australia By‑laws 1965 are repealed.
(3)
Schedule 2 has effect in relation to the repeal effected by subsection (1).
