61 Notice of decisions to affected persons
Where the Board makes a decision to which this subsection applies, it is to record the reasons for the decision and, as soon as is practicable but in any case not later than 7 days after making the decision, is to give notice of the decision and the reasons to —
the person to whom the decision relates; and
the complainant, if any.
Subsection (1) applies to —
the refusal of an application —
to register a person; or
to grant a licence; or
to renew a registration or licence; or
to restore a name to the register;
or
the removal of a name from the register under section 37(1) or 49; or
the imposition of a condition on a registration or renewal of a registration or on the grant or renewal of a licence otherwise than by consent; or
a decision under section 12(2) to investigate a complaint or not to investigate a complaint.
