74 Evidentiary
In the absence of evidence to the contrary —
(a)
a certificate of registration is evidence that the person to whom the certificate is issued is registered for the period specified in the certificate; and
(b)
a licence document is evidence that the corporation to which the licence is issued is licensed for the period specified in the licence.
