65 Name in which practice may be carried on; use of names
A registered person or a licensed corporation must not carry on the practice of architecture under any name other than the name of the person or corporation as recorded in the register unless the person or corporation —
has the written consent of the Board to do so; and
complies with each condition imposed by the Board in relation to the name of the practice.
Penalty: $5 000.
A licensed corporation must not use, in connection with an architectural service provided by the corporation, the name of —
a registered person who is not an officer, employee or partner of the licensed corporation; or
another licensed corporation which is not a partner of the first mentioned licensed corporation.
