21R Publishing Independent Monitor’s reports
(1)
The Minister may direct that a report of the Independent Monitor under section 21P be published on the Department’s website.
(2)
A report that includes information in respect of which there is a claim, in good faith, of confidence or privilege must not be published under this section unless the information is redacted.
