21ZF Prohibition on Independent Monitor, staff and agents gaming at Burswood Casino
(1)
The Independent Monitor must not participate in any game in the Burswood Casino.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $20 000.
(2)
A person who is a member of the Independent Monitor’s staff or an agent of the Independent Monitor must not participate in any game in the Burswood Casino.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $10 000.
(3)
In subsection (2) —
agent, of the Independent Monitor, means a person acting on behalf of the Independent Monitor or under engagement for the purposes of the performance of the Independent Monitor’s functions.
