21ZG Use of Department’s staff and facilities
(1)
The Independent Monitor may by arrangement with the CEO, make use, either full‑time or part‑time, of the services of any officer or employee of the Department.
(2)
The Independent Monitor may, by arrangement with the CEO, make use of any facilities of the Department.
(3)
An arrangement under subsection (1) or (2) must be made on terms agreed to by the parties.
