21ZE Notices and directions under this Part
A notice or direction given under this Part by the Independent Monitor or the CEO must be in writing signed by the Independent Monitor or CEO (as is relevant).
A notice or direction under this Part may be given by electronic means, and in that case, the requirement for a signature may be satisfied by an electronic signature.
A notice or direction given by electronic means is taken to have been given, unless there is indication of a malfunction in transmission, on the day on which the notice or direction is sent, if sent before 5 pm on a business day, otherwise on the next business day.
In subsection (3) —
business day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
