21 Permit, effect of
(1)
A permit authorises the person to whom it is issued, subject to such restrictions and conditions, if any, as may be specified in the permit, to carry out the electrical work that would be authorised by a licence of the corresponding kind.
(2)
Without limiting the other kinds of conditions that may be imposed in a permit, a permit may be issued subject to conditions as to supervision that are more stringent than the conditions as to supervision, if any, applicable to holders of a licence of the corresponding kind.
