44AC Board required to give licence document and certificate of registration
(1)
If the Board issues a licence (with or without restrictions or conditions), the Board must give to the licence holder, in a form approved by the Director —
(a)
a licence document; and
(b)
a certificate of registration.
(2)
If the Board renews or restores the registration of a licence (with or without restrictions or conditions), the Board must give to the licence holder, in a form approved by the Director, a certificate of registration.
(3)
A certificate of registration must specify the period of registration of the licence.
