Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991

The Board must keep a register that contains the following —

the name of all persons who are holders of a licence or permit under these regulations;

any other particulars required by these regulations;

any other information as determined by the Board.

The Board may amend, add to or correct the register in any manner that the Board considers necessary to make the register an accurate record of the information it records.

The Board may publish the register on a website maintained by, or on behalf of, the State.

If a person makes an application to the Board, the Board must give the person —

an extract from the register; or

a copy of the register.

Any private contact details, including residential addresses, personal telephone numbers and personal email addresses, may be redacted from —

the register published under subregulation (3); and

any extract from the register or a copy of the register given to a person under subregulation (4).
