13 Requirement to have safety management system
(1)
A network operator must have a safety management system that —
(a)
applies to all networks of the network operator; and
(b)
complies with AS 5577.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $250 000.
(2)
Subregulation (1)(b) is subject to regulation 14.
