39 Technical review panels: costs
(1)
If a technical review panel confirms the decision under review, the person who requested the review is liable to pay the reasonable costs of the review.
(2)
The CEO may seek an order for the recovery of those costs in a court of competent jurisdiction.
(3)
The reasonable costs of a review include —
(a)
remuneration and allowances paid to the members of a technical review panel convened for the purposes of the review;
(b)
costs of consultants or contractors engaged by the CEO for the purposes of the review, including accommodation costs, travel costs and equipment costs;
(c)
photocopying, mailing and similar administrative costs.
