33 Director may publish and comment on objectives and outcomes
(1)
The Director may publish statements given under regulations 31 and 32 on a website maintained on behalf of the Director.
(2)
The Director may publish, along with those statements, the Director’s opinion as to the appropriateness of the objectives and outcomes and the Director’s assessment of the network operator’s network safety performance based on those statements.
