Compliance by a network operator with —
an obligatory provision that applies to a prescribed activity; or
an evidentiary provision that —
applies to a prescribed activity; and
is not inconsistent with an obligatory provision that applies to the prescribed activity,
is evidence of compliance with regulation 6 in relation to that prescribed activity.
Compliance by a contractor with —
an obligatory provision that applies to a prescribed activity; or
an evidentiary provision that —
applies to a prescribed activity; and
is not inconsistent with an obligatory provision that applies to the prescribed activity,
is evidence of compliance with regulation 7 in relation to that prescribed activity.
