37 Technical review panels: convening, remuneration and support
(1)
If the CEO is required to convene a technical review panel, the CEO must convene a panel of 3 persons who are independent of the particular matter that is the subject of the decision being reviewed.
(2)
Each member of a technical review panel is to be paid the remuneration and allowances that the Minister, on the recommendation of the Public Sector Commissioner, determines for that member.
(3)
Subregulation (2) does not apply to an employee as defined in the Public Sector Management Act 1994 section 3(1).
(4)
The CEO must provide a technical review panel with the support services it may reasonably require.
