38 Technical review panels: procedure on review
(1)
A technical review panel may inform itself about a relevant matter in any manner it considers appropriate and may determine its own procedure.
(2)
A technical review panel must give the Director —
(a)
a copy of the request for review; and
(b)
a reasonable opportunity to make submissions in relation to the review.
(3)
The technical review panel must —
(a)
complete the review by making a determination under regulation 36(6) within the period specified by the CEO in writing; and
(b)
give written notice of its determination to the Director and the person who requested the review.
