16 Compliance with safety management system evidence of compliance with regulation 5A, 6 or 7
(1)
Compliance by a network operator with the network operator’s safety management system is evidence of compliance with regulations 5A and 6.
(2)
In relation to a prescribed activity carried out on a network by a contractor, or a person for whom the contractor is responsible, compliance by the contractor with the network operator’s safety management system is evidence of compliance with regulation 7.
