10 Preliminary assessment
(1)
If an access application specifies that the applicant wishes the corporation to make a preliminary assessment of the access application, then the corporation must make that preliminary assessment and give the applicant a report of that preliminary assessment within the period for making the preliminary assessment specified in the response in respect of the access application.
(2)
A report under subregulation (1) is indicative and is not binding on the corporation.
