19 Standby arrangements
A user must keep a corporation informed of its arrangements for the provision of standby power and must promptly provide to the corporation such information concerning those arrangements as the corporation reasonably requests.
If —
a user has an arrangement with a person in relation to the provision of electricity or standby power to the user; and
the user becomes aware that that arrangement has terminated or changed or will terminate (other than by expiration of the term of the arrangement) or change in a material particular,
then the user must promptly notify the corporation accordingly and provide to the corporation details of any substitute arrangements in relation to the provision of electricity or standby power to be put in place by the user.
