Electricity transmission system prescribed (Act s. 89(1))

In force

(1)

For the purposes of the definition of electricity transmission system in section 89(1) of the Act, all parts of the system operated by a corporation for transportation of electricity at nominal voltages of 66kV or higher and a nominal frequency of 50Hz are prescribed other than —

(a)

any part of the system that forms part of an exempt connection; and

(b)

any part of the system that is not owned or leased by the corporation.
