Restricted application of regulations

In force

The application of these regulations is limited to —

(a)

access agreements in operation on 1 July 2007; and

(b)

the parties to those agreements; and

(c)

matters relating to the provision of access services under those agreements,

and references in these regulations to an access agreement, a corporation or a user are to be construed accordingly.
