15 Authority may approve ELNO to provide and operate ELN (cf. ECNL s. 15)
(1)
The Authority may approve a person as an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO) to provide and operate an ELN.
(2)
The Authority must not approve a person under this section unless the person meets the qualifications for approval set out in the operating requirements.
(3)
An approval under this section must be in writing and must state the period for which it is to have effect.
(4)
The Authority may grant more than one approval under this section.
