17 Effect of approval as ELNO (cf. ECNL s. 17)
A person who is approved as an ELNO under section 15 may provide and operate an ELN —
for the period stated in the approval; and
subject to the conditions (if any) attached to the approval; and
in accordance with the operating requirements.
Subsection (1) is subject to sections 19 and 20.
In performing functions as an ELNO, a person approved under section 15 is not and does not represent the State, and is not an agent of the State.
The approval of a person as an ELNO does not restrict or prevent the provision, by that person, of services additional to those provided by the ELN.
Subsection (4) is subject to the operating requirements.
