Other laws relating to electronic transactions not affected (cf. ECNL s. 41)

In force

This Act is in addition to, and not in substitution for —

(a)

the laws of this jurisdiction in relation to electronic transactions; and

(b)

any other law of this jurisdiction that authorises or permits the use of electronic documents for the purposes of the land titles legislation.
