19 Renewal of approval as ELNO (cf. ECNL s. 19)
(1)
The Authority may renew an approval of a person as an ELNO under section 15 if the Authority is satisfied that the person continues to meet the qualifications for approval set out in the operating requirements.
(2)
The renewal of an approval under this section must be in writing and must state the period for which the renewal is to have effect.
(3)
In renewing an approval, the Authority may exercise the powers in section 16 to attach conditions to the approval or vary or revoke conditions attached to the approval.
