Relationship with Act establishing responsible tribunal (cf. ECNL s. 31)

This Division —

(a)

applies despite any provision to the contrary of the Act that establishes or continues the responsible tribunal; but

(b)

does not otherwise limit —

(i)

that Act; or

(ii)

any rules, regulations or other instrument regulating the practice or procedure of the responsible tribunal.
