24 Registrar to have regard to nationally agreed model operating requirements and participation rules (cf. ECNL s. 24)
(1)
In this section —
model provisions means any model operating requirements or model participation rules from time to time developed and published by ARNECC.
(2)
In determining operating requirements and participation rules under this Act, and in determining changes to those requirements or rules, the Registrar must have regard to the desirability of maintaining consistency with any model provisions.
