112 Obtaining liquor by false representation
A person must not obtain, or attempt to obtain, liquor on licensed premises by falsely representing that the person—
(a)
is a resident of the premises or a guest of a resident of the premises, or
(b)
is intending to eat, or has eaten, a meal on the premises, or
(c)
is intending to purchase, or make use of, a product or service provided or supplied on the premises, or
(d)
is attending a function on the premises, or
(e)
is an employee or agent of the licensee.
Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
