133 Establishing local liquor accord
(1)
Two or more eligible parties (at least one of whom is a licensee) may prepare a draft local liquor accord in writing and submit it to the Commissioner of Police and the Authority for approval.
(2)
The draft local liquor accord must include—
(a)
the names of the parties to the accord, and
(b)
the name and address of the coordinator of the accord (being a party to the accord or the representative of a party), and
(c)
the area to which the accord applies.
