25 Trading on new years eve
(1)
On 31 December in each year, liquor may be sold for consumption on a licensed premises from the start of the standard trading period for that day until 2 am on the next succeeding day.
(2)
This section does not limit the operation of an extended trading period that applies to the licensed premises.
