In forceThe involvement of the licensee as a party to any or all of the following proceedings in any jurisdiction, including a jurisdiction outside of Australia—(a) the commencement, settlement, discontinuance or finalisation of civil proceedings,(b) the commencement or finalisation of criminal proceedings,(c) the commencement or finalisation of alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
