88 Effect of late hour entry declaration

(1)

The licensee of any licensed premises to which a late hour entry declaration applies must not permit patrons to enter the licensed premises during the time the declaration applies.

Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.

(2)

For the avoidance of doubt, patrons already present in licensed premises at the time from which a late hour entry declaration applies to the premises may—

(a)

leave the premises at any time, or

(b)

remain on the premises while the premises are authorised to trade,

but are not permitted to re-enter the premises during the time the declaration applies.
