67 Restrictions on who may be appointed as manager
The following provisions apply to the appointment under section 66 of a manager of licensed premises—
a person may not be appointed as the manager of licensed premises unless the person is approved by the NICC to manage licensed premises and the approval applies to the premises or class of premises concerned,
only an individual may be appointed to manage licensed premises,
a person cannot be appointed as the manager of licensed premises if at the time of the appointment the person already holds an appointment as the manager of other licensed premises.

An appointment in contravention of this section is void for the purposes of this Act.
