43 Transfer of accreditation
An application for transfer of accreditation as an energy savings certificate provider must—
(a)
be made in the way approved by the Scheme Administrator, and
(b)
be accompanied by any information relating to the activity that the Scheme Administrator requires, and
(c)
be accompanied by the fee set out in Schedule 3.
