Current

A notice or document required or authorised to be given to a person by or under the Act or this Regulation may be—

(a)

sent by post—

(i)

in the case of a person who is a distributor—to any office of the distributor, or

(ii)

in any other case—addressed to the person at the last known address of the person, or

(b)

given personally to the person, or

(c)

sent to the person by email to an email address provided by the person, or

(d)

by other electronic means.
