62P Application to amend accreditation
(1)
An accredited certificate provider may apply to the Scheme Administrator to amend the activities for which the provider is accredited.
(2)
An application must be—
(a)
made in the way approved by the Scheme Administrator, and
(b)
accompanied by information required by the Scheme Administrator.
Note—
The Act, Schedule 4A, clause 115(6) allows the Scheme Administrator to charge a fee for investigating and determining an application to amend a provider’s accreditation.
