15 Use of certain land at Warwick Farm in Zone E4
(1)
This clause applies to land in Zone E4 General Industrial in the following locations—
(a)
north of the Hume Highway and east of the southern rail line at Warwick Farm,
(b)
east of Orange Grove Road and north of the Hume Highway at Warwick Farm.
(2)
Development for the purposes of vehicle sales or hire premises is permitted with development consent.
