Use of certain land in Liverpool city centre in Zone RE1

This clause applies to land in Zone RE1 Public Recreation in the Liverpool city centre, bounded by the Hume Highway, Macquarie Street, Campbell Street and Northumberland Street.

(2)

Development for the purposes of restaurants or cafes is permitted with consent if the gross floor area of any restaurant or cafe is not greater than 125m².
