16 Use of certain land at Warwick Farm in Zone R2
(1)
This clause applies to land in Zone R2 Low Density Residential, east of the southern rail line at Warwick Farm.
(2)
Development for the following purposes is permitted with consent—
(a)
animal boarding or training establishments,
(b)
farm buildings,
(c)
veterinary hospitals.
