6 Use of certain land in Liverpool city centre in Zone E1

This clause applies to land in Zone E1 in the Liverpool city centre adjacent to the Hume Highway between Forbes Street and Goulburn Street.
(2)
Development for the purpose of residential flat buildings is permitted with consent if part of a mixed use development that contains retail premises.
