Use of certain land at Casula in Zone E3

This clause applies to part of Lot 20, DP 1180366 in Zone E3 at the corner of Beech Road and Parkers Farm Place, Casula, as shown coloured green on the Key Sites Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of retail premises, business premises, a service station and a vehicle repair station is permitted with consent if the total gross floor area of that development is not greater than 14,000m².
