Use of certain land at Moorebank in Zone E4

(1)

This clause applies to Lots 1 and 3, DP 626253 in Zone E4 General Industrial at 4 and 2A Helles Avenue, Moorebank.

(2)

Development for the purpose of vehicle sales or hire premises is permitted with development consent if—

(a)

the gross floor area of the vehicle sales or hire premises is not greater than 5,780m², and

(b)

the consent authority is satisfied that the vehicle sales or hire premises will be located entirely within an existing building.
