Fascia signs Sign attached to the fascia or return of the awning—
(a)
must meet the general requirements for advertisements, and
(b)
1 sign per premises, and
(c)
must not project above or below, or more than 300mm from the fascia or return end of the awning to which it is attached, and
(d)
must not be flashing.
