32 Use of certain land at 104 Fifteenth Avenue, West Hoxton
(1)
This clause applies to Lot 2, DP 1074727, 104 Fifteenth Avenue, West Hoxton, shown coloured dark purple on the Key Sites Map.
(2)
Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a)
a single service station with a gross floor area not greater than 300m2,
(b)
a single take away food and drink premises with a gross floor area not greater than 300m2.
(3)
Development consent must not be granted under subclause (2) unless the consent authority is satisfied there will be appropriate vehicular access to and from the land.
