70 Protected documents not admissible in certain proceedings or otherwise protected

For the purposes of section 246W (1) (a) of the Act, the following legislation is prescribed—
the Crimes Act 1900,
the Electricity Supply Act 1995,
the Explosives Act 2003,
the Forestry Act 2012,
the Hunter Water Act 1991,
the Pipelines Act 1967,
the Sydney Water Act 1994,
the work health and safety legislation.
For the purposes of section 246W (1) (b) of the Act, the following agencies, departments and authorities are prescribed authorities—
Dams Safety NSW,
the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation,
the Independent Commission Against Corruption,
a local council,
Local Land Services,
the Mine Subsidence Board,
the NSW Police Force or the police force of any other State or Territory,
the Regulatory Authority (within the meaning of the Water NSW Act 2014),
Transport for NSW,
SafeWork NSW,
the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority,
(Repealed)
any other agency or authority administering any environment protection legislation, or any other relevant legislation that is New South Wales legislation.
