89L Notice of access management plans—the Act, s 236J
For the Act, section 236J(1), notice of the registration of an access management plan must be published as follows—
(a)
in both the print and online editions of at least 1 newspaper circulating in the local area,
(b)
if publication under paragraph (a) is not possible—in the print or online edition of at least 1 newspaper circulating in the local area,
(c)
if publication under paragraphs (a) and (b) is not possible—on a website, or another online platform, that is likely to bring the notice to the attention of persons in the local area.
Example—
The website of the local council.
