89M Devolution of rights—the Act, ss 162 and 202
(1)
This clause prescribes, for the following the provisions, the way in which an application for the following must be made—
(a)
the Act, section 162(2)—the recording of a person’s name as the holder of an authority,
(b)
the Act, section 202(2)—the recording of a person’s name as the holder of a mineral claim.
(2)
The application must be made in writing.
