89H Application of Act, Pt 18, Div 2 to joint authorisations and applications
(1)
The Act, Part 18, Division 2—
(a)
extends to authorisations jointly held by, and applications jointly made by, more than 1 person, and
(b)
without limiting paragraph (a), extends to authorisations jointly held by, and applications jointly made by, a declared person.
(2)
The other provisions of this Division do not limit the application of the Act, Part 18, Division 2 to authorisations jointly held by, and applications jointly made by, more than 1 person.
